Something Fishy Angling Centre, located between Preston and Lancaster is just minutes from some of the best fishing Lancashire and the North West of England has to offer. My name is Phil Evans and I started Something Fishy with my wife Dee 15 years ago.  The business started life as a bait supplier but very quickly added a selection of Tackle to the available products.  The business has developed in line with the demands of our customers and the waters around us.  Today we are established stockists of  Preston Innovations, Korum, Sonu Bait, Nash Tackle, Korda, Drennan, ESP, Essential, Dynamite Baits, Gardner, Harrison Rods, Shimano and selected items from other major brands.  Our proximity to the coast and the Preston – Lacaster Canal means we have demands from Sea Anglers and Pike Anglers which we meat as the season demands.

Our background in Fish Nutrition has lead us to produce a series of our own baits which we have sold successfully on a local basis, and our previous employment  with Skretting means we have access to their production of a wide range of pellets.

The shop has a reputation for a good range of quality baits including branded boilies, fresh Sea Bait, Pike Bait and the humble Maggot.  This is a reputation we cherrish and work very hard to maintain.

In 2010 and more than ten years on Something Fishy is branching out into the unknown, or should we say “the online”, reaching more anglers than ever before.   Now you can order from us without even leaving the house and we hope we can make you some special offers to make us even more exciting.
